Our Roasting Process

Coffee Roasting Process 

All of our products are roasted to order. Each business day, we carefully roast, pack, and ship orders to deliver the finest quality coffee.

Coffee profiles are all created using our Ikawa sample roasters and once we find the best roast level for that particular lot, we transfer the profile to our 10KG drum roasters.

The result is the freshest, small batch, craft roasted coffee available. We take pride in roasting all of our products to order, ensuring maximum freshness for our customers.
